Oh my, Paris

Oh Paris

Known as the city of love, one of the most romantic places in the world.

I arrived with the Eurostar On Sunday;  I was planning to stay till Wednesday. Which eventually never happened, because I stayed for the whole week. But ok, who wouldn't like to stay longer in a city like this?

I stayed in hotel Saint Honoré, located in the heart of the city. My first day, I desperately wanted to go to see 'Le louvre', and do a walk around the neighbourhood where I was staying. And ... I must say, I love Paris! It was so stunning to see, a pyramid building full in glass, surrounded by little fountains. Inside the Louvre are some beautiful shops, from a huge Apple Store, till Starbucks, it was all there. The museum is definitely a must see, you will find great inspiration there. Now at that time I was very hungry and decided to go for lunch at one of the most famous Parisian eating place known. I end up standing in a queue for about 10 minutes. But it was totally worth it. Once in 'Angelina', I ordered my favourite dish of all time: eggs benedict. And for dessert the signature chocolate milk with a delicious, really delicious tart. Literally, the best lunch I possible could have.

During the week, I saw Paris's most gorgeous treasures. The eifeltower, definitely can't be missed! It's almost surreal when you are standing besides it. Also the Notre-Dame is amazing! It reminds me of my favourite child's movie 'the hunchback of Notre-Dame'. And oh boy... I love that movie.

Of course I didn't left out to do some shopping. I went to the most famous shopping street in Paris, Le  Champs- Elysees. And yes, with the biggest Sephora of the world there. I had to go in. I end up buying the new By Terry rouge expert clique stick in number 2, 12. A dusty rose nude color, and a sunny peachy one. Also I tried out the new 'gel' collection by Essie. And it works guys, I definitely  recommend it for long lasting nails, that don't chip after 1 week. Also for the fashion lovers, don't forget to pass by 'Printemps' and 'Galleries Lafayette'. You will find a huge variation of luxery but also mid range brands there. From clothes, accessories, interior, ... You find it all!

The French people by the way, are such lovely and warm people. With my bad attempt to speak French, they tried to meet me in the middle and spoke English with me. All I can say that I love Paris. It really is... a dream city.
